Hi Frank,
Just wanted to send a note to tell you about my wonderful experience with Kingdom A/C (found them in the Shepherds Guide).
My a/c had gone out in the afternoon/evening and the next morning I was searching desperately for repair service. I tried calling a couple of services recommended by friends, when it came to me: "the Shepherds Guide". I called Kingdom A/C and Nolan arrived that afternoon, actually apologizing for being delayed due to the length of the previous service call.
He was so kind, thorough and knowledgeable; but the most wonderful thing of all: to my delight & amazement, he asked if he could pray for me before he left!
I worked in the home service/repair industry for 29 years, for the largest fleet of home repair service in the nation. I know the pressure put on these technicians to "add-on, sell extras..." when all they want to do is take care of the repair & their customer.
It was so refreshing to have the calm feeling of assurance that I was receiving service excellence from an honest and dedicated technician sent on his calling with the Lord as his guide. I would like to say "Thank-you" to you and KLTY for passing on the message of the Shepherds Guide.

Dear Shepherd's Guide Staff,
I wanted to let you know about a very positive experience I had with one of your clients. Of course, I see it as God's provision and the vessel He used.
Six months ago, I was laid off of my job. As many other people caught in the same situation are doing, I'm surving on a very tight budget. When my air conditioner quit working over the weekend, I asked God, how in the world am I going to afford a costly repair?
A couple of months ago, I happened to pick up a copy of The Sheperd's Guide, so, after two sleepless nights, bright and early Monday morning, I pulled out my copy of the Guide and decided to call Walker Air Conditioning. I had been told by another company by phone that the problem might be a blower replacement and that would be costly so I was a bit stressed. From the moment I contacted Walker I had a sense of God's direction. The lady over the phone was most understanding and kind. Within a short time a very nice young man arrived. When he opened the door of my ac unit, he immediately identified the problem as being insulation caught in the blower. He corrected the problem, cleaned and checked my inside unit and outside unit and all for the cost of a service call. I just cannot say enough about the honesty and integrity of Walker Air Conditioning and how grateful I am for God's directing me to their company. I'm also very grateful for the existence of The Shepherd's Guide. I pray that God continue to bless both companies for their desire to glorify God through their services.

I called ABC plumbing to check on a leak. The owner was incredibly helpful in discussing the possibilities and options with me, and came to my house promptly the morning after I called. He checked everything thoroughly and found no problems, and even waived the fee for the first-time visit even though it was a wasted hour for him! I will definitely call them again if I have further plumbing needs!

I wanted to let you know what a WONDERFUL job one of your advertisers did for me - Max Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating of Arlington Texas. We have sold our house, and part of the contractual agreement was that we would service the air conditioning unit. We are now 15 days away from closing. Yesterday, the person we had scheduled did not show up. I called Max Mechanical today, they came out this afternoon, and completed the job. This is one less thing I have to worry about. I keep your guide handy all the time.

My name is Kyle Humphrey. I'm writting this letter about some quality customer care I received from Brandon of Family Christian Doors. About a week ago our garage door broke and I didn't know what to do because we couldn't even get the garage door opened, we called Brandon of Family Christian Doors and he came right out and it was already 2am. Brandon was very nice and he was very knowledgeable about our garage door and all the time he was at our house he was giving us his personal testimony and I thought that deserved him a nice letter of recognition. I have been a chef for 15 years and I'm always touched when I receive quality customer care and Brandon knows all about this quality...:) he really represented The Shepherd's Guide well...:) I will refer him to my friends that need garage door work, because not only will they get the garage door problems fived they will get blessed by his honesty and integrity...:) Thank you for your time in reading my letter...:)

Hi there, I have a couple of questions.
(1) I was looking for a painter in my area, and was really nervous about having a stranger come into my home. I'm pregnant, my husband works days and I have two preschoolers at home w/me. I remembered the Sheperd's Guide and called upon David Macconnico of MC's painting of Rowlett listed in your guide. Still alittle nervous, I hired him. He came out - and he was wonderful! Definitely a Christian man, very polite, honest, and made me feel comfortable w/him and not nervous about allowing a stranger in my home w/me and my children. I'm glad I remembered the Shepherd's Guide and just wanted to say thanks for listing MC's Painting! I will definitely recommend him and the Shepherd's Guide.
(2) I am a photographer and would like to list my business. How do I go about that, and what's the charge?
